September 2019 Wellness Tip of the Month
Mindset and emotions are key. If you are closed-minded, little if anything will be effective. If you are open-minded, a multitude of possibilities are out there.
Forgive yourself and others. Have a practical perspective. Pay attention. Your body is talking to you. Listen to it.
Put the resources and skills you already have back onto your radar and incorporate just one or two at a time. Tell others about your goals and actions as doing so increases the likelihood of your success.
Don’t know where to start? Begin and end each day with gratitude, pleasant thoughts, and a literal smile on your face.
