1. Attendee Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual(s)/business filling out this agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Attendee” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
a) Fair Hours
WIHHE shall determine and publicize the exhibit hours of the expo fair. Attendees will be admitted to the Facility at 11:00 AM. Doors close when the expo ends at 4:00 PM.
b) Attendee Conduct
Attendee shall conduct him/herself with integrity and respect. Any complaints from other attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and/or Facility staff, Attendee will be escorted off the premises with no refund.
c) Cancellation or Termination of Expo
If because of war, fire, strike, facility construction or renovation project, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or the public enemy or other cause beyond the control of WIHHE, the expo fair or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is canceled by WIHHE, there will be no refunds of purchase. Payment of Attendee will be transferred to the next expo fair only.
d) Attendee Cancellation
If Attendee does not show, no matter the reason, will not be refunded.
Attendee is 100% legally and financially liable for their choices, actions, and the results they produce.
f) Audio/Visual Release
WIHHE will be taking pictures and videos for promotional purposes. Attendees et. al. waive all rights to ownership of photographs taken by any one there; whether from WIHHE, other exhibitors, Facility, and/or attendees. Attendees waives all ownership and financial rights to any media formats from expo fair.
This agreement represents the entire agreement and no other agreement either verbal or written will be valid.
2. Volunteer Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Volunteer” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
This Volunteer Agreement demonstrates how we value our volunteers. We want to assure you that we appreciate your contribution to our organization. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have a quality volunteer experience which is both productive and rewarding.
b) WIHHE Commitment
- To provide adequate information and training so you may meet the expectations as described in your volunteer role description.
- To explain what is required of you and to support and provide encouragement to help you achieve the desired results.
- To assign you with a named supervisor who will provide you with regular support and supervision meetings and act as a ‘go to’ person.
- To treat you with respect and courtesy at all times.
- To be receptive to any comments and feedback from all our volunteers.
- To value and recognise our volunteers as a signiﬁcant resource in achieving the goals of our organization.
c) Volunteer Commitment
- To fulﬁll role as outlined in the volunteer role description.
- To perform volunteer role to the best of ability.
- To follow the organization’s policies and procedures.
- To meet time and task commitments and to provide sufﬁcient notice when not available.
- To act in a manner which aligns with the aims and objectives of the organization and that enhances the work of the organization.
- Waives all rights and grants WIHHE full ownership of any and all work and results produced as volunteer.
- Waives all rights to said hours as a volunteer to be compensated in any way unless agreed upon in writing before Volunteer begins duties.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement and no other agreement either verbal or written will be valid. This Agreement shall be binding upon Volunteer and heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
3. Exhibitor Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Exhibitor” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
a) Purpose of Expo
WIHHE is an educational, community-based organization. As such, the main vehicle are expo fairs. The expo fairs are educational and the presentations in conjunction with the Exhibitors Space is an important part in this educational process. No aggressive selling will be permitted at the expo fair or other areas controlled by WIHHE during the expo fair because attendees come to be educated, not badgered, or sold too.
b) Assignment of Exhibit Space
WIHHE shall assign the Exhibit Space to the Exhibitor for the period of the designated expo fair in order on receipt of payment in full. Such assignment is made for the period of this expo fair only and does not imply that the same or similar space be held or offered for future expo fairs. Every effort will be made to respect the Exhibitor’s space choices whenever possible, but WIHHE’s decision will be final. WIHHE reserves the right to transfer assignments when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the total expo fair with no explanation. WIHHE reserves the right to withdraw its acceptance of this Agreement if it determines in its sole discretion that the Exhibitor is not eligible to participate or the Exhibitor’s product or services are not eligible to be displayed in this expo fair.
c) Exhibit Hours
WIHHE shall determine and publicize the exhibit hours of the expo fair. If any changes are made, WIHHE will give Exhibitors, at minimum, 30-days to adjust. Exhibitors will be admitted to the Facility 90-minutes before start time. Exhibits cannot be dismantled until the designated end time, and must be out of the Facility 90-minutes after end time on the same day. Exhibitor agrees to be completely set up before any attendees begin to arrive. WIHHE reserves the right to prohibit Exhibitor’s participation in future expos if this policy is violated and they will not be refunded.
d) Merchandise Removal
No merchandise, products, displays, equipment, etc. may be dismantled or removed from the Exhibitor Space until after the expo fair ends at the designated end time. WIHHE reserves the right to prohibit Exhibitor’s participation in future expo fairs if this policy is violated and they will not be refunded.
e) Displays and Decorations
No signs, partitions, apparatus, shelving, etc. may extend more than 8 feet above the floor. Exhibitor will not be permitted to erect signs or display products obstructing the view or disadvantageously affecting the display of other exhibitors. Merchandise, signs, decorations, or display fixtures shall not be driven, any pins, nails, hooks, tacks, screws, or pasted, to walls or drapes. Only blue or green painters tape is permitted. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside Exhibit Space or protecting beyond limits of Exhibit Space as to interfere with any neighboring Exhibit. The Exhibitor agrees to reimburse WIHHE and/or the Facility for any loss or damage occurring to the premises or equipment.
f) Exhibitor Space
The space contracted for is to be used solely by the Exhibitor whose name appears on the Application and no portion can be sublet or assigned without receiving written permission from WIHHE. The Exhibitor shall forfeit right to the space, payments, all prepaid rentals. WIHHE reserves the right to relocate the Exhibitor. Exhibitor will not be permitted to store packing crates and boxes in the booth or the Facility during the expo fair. It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to keep their property safe. No trunks, cases or packing material may be brought into or out of the expo fair during exhibit hours. The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces remain under the control of WIHHE, and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising matter, or exhibits will be permitted in those areas except by written permission of WIHHE. All exhibitors and personnel must remain within the confines of their own space. No Exhibitor Space, merchandise or equipment shall be left in any aisle, but shall be confined to purchased Exhibit Space.
WIHHE reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibits, without refund, that have been falsely entered, or are deemed by WIHHE unsuitable or objectionable. This restriction applies to, but is not limited to, noise, persons, animals, birds, things, conduct, integrity, printed matter, or anything of a character that might be objectionable to the expo fair or WIHHE. Each Exhibitor is required to keep at least one attendant in booth space during expo fair hours; failure to do so may result in removal of exhibit from the expo fair at Exhibitor’s expense.
h) Exhibitor Conduct
Exhibitor and its representatives shall not congregate or solicit trade in the aisles. Such employment or use shall be confined to the Exhibit Space. WIHHE, in its sole and absolute discretion, may withdraw its consent at any time, in which Exhibitor shall terminate such activity immediately. Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the expo fair. Intoxicated personnel will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Exhibitor shall refrain from any action that will distract attendees from attendance at the expo fair during open hours. Exhibitor shall not lead attendees from one Exhibit Space to another. Exhibitors or any of its representatives shall not conduct itself in a manner offensive to standards of decency or good taste. Exhibitors agree that if an attendee files a complaint, only one warning will be given to make corrections, a second complaint will result in being asked to leave the expo fair, not be refunded, and will not be allowed to be an exhibitor or sponsor again.
i) Cancellation or Termination of Exhibit
If because of war, fire, strike, Facility construction or renovation project, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or the public enemy or other cause beyond the control of WIHHE, the expo fair or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is canceled by WIHHE or, the Exhibit Space becomes unavailable, WIHHE, in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the Exhibitor its proportionate share of the balance of the aggregate exhibit fees received which remains after deducting expenses incurred by WIHHE and reasonable compensation to WIHHE. In no case shall the amount of refund to Exhibitor exceed the amount of the exhibit fee paid. WIHHE shall not be liable for damages or expense incurred by Exhibitors in the event the Show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled.
j) Exhibitor Cancellation
Exhibitor shall not assign to a third party the Exhibit Space or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of WIHHE. Cancellation of any portion of this Agreement by the Exhibitor will be accepted but not refunded. Upon WIHHE accepting payment, Exhibitor is responsible for total booth rental regardless of the reason for the cancellation by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor may find a replacement exhibitor who is pre-approved by WIHHE as a Holistic Business and must notify WIHHE of the replacement within 4-weeks of the expo fair date. The Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for the conduct of the assignee and all its representatives, and the Exhibitor shall not charge its assignee more than a proportionate share of the exhibit fee based upon the amount of Exhibit Space assigned. WIHHE reserves the right to prohibit Exhibitor’s participation in future expos if this policy is violated and the possibility of a financial penalty. All cancellations must be in writing.
k) Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
The Exhibitor is entirely responsible for the leased space and shall not injure, mar, or deface the premises. Neither WIHHE, the sponsors, nor the Facility, nor any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives shall be held liable for, and they are hereby released from liability for, any damage, loss, harm, or injury to the person or property of the Exhibitor or any of its visitors, officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from their theft, fire, water, or accident or any other cause. The Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and protect WIHHE and the Facility and save WIHHE and the Facility, harmless from any and claims, demands, suits, liability damages, loss, costs, attorneys fees, and expenses of any kind which might result from or arise of any action or failure to act on the part of the Exhibitor or its officers, agents, employees or other representatives. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to maintain proper insurance cover be for its property and liability. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless WIHHE and the Facility from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses including attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting from the activities of the Exhibitor, or the officers, contractors, licensees, agents, servants, employees, guests, invitees, or visitors of Exhibitor.
Exhibitor shall purchase and maintain such insurance, as will protect them from claims and/or damages which may arise out of or result from the activities of the Exhibitor. Neither WIHHE, its Volunteers, Staff, Affiliates, et. al., nor the Facility shall be responsible for loss of damages occurring to the exhibit or sustained by the Exhibitor from any cause. The Exhibitor is solely responsible for their space, business, materials, choices, and actions.
m) Audio/Visual Release
WIHHE will have staff taking pictures and videos for social media, the website, marketing, etc. Exhibitors et. al. waive all rights to ownership of photographs taken by any one there; whether from WIHHE, other exhibitors, and/or attendees. Exhibitor waives all ownership and financial rights to any media formats from expo fair.
n) Laws, Licenses, and Regulations
Any and all City, County, State or Federal licenses, inspections, regulations, rules, instructions, ordinances or permits required by law of any Exhibitor in the installation or operation of his or her display shall be obtained by the Exhibitor at his or her own expense prior to the opening of the expo fair. Exhibitor shall abide by and observe all laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances of any applicable government authority and all rules of the Facility. If required by local law or ordinances, Exhibitor shall have on hand in its Exhibit Space a notarized affidavit. All wiring devices and sockets shall be in good condition and meet the requirements of local law. All Exhibitors are solely responsible and is not the responsibility of WIHHE to inform you of such matters. If any portion of this agreement is against government laws, rules, or regulations, it only affects that portion of the agreement and the rest of the agreement in its entirety is still valid and enforceable.
o) Legal Fees
If a civil action arises between parties out of this agreement or to enforce any of its provisions, the losing party shall pay the attorney’s fees of the prevailing party as trial court may adjudge reasonable. If an appeal is taken from any judgment of the trial court, the losing party shall pay the amount the appellate court shall adjudge reasonable as the prevailing party’s attorney’s fees on appeal. The losing party is subject to financial reimbursement of all costs, time, and travel. Any and all legal matters will be conducted within the Waukesha County Court System only.
p) Complete Agreement to Terms, Conditions, and Rules
This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed on by the parties hereto, and no other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, shall be deemed to exist or to bind any of the parties hereto. In addition to WIHHE’s right to close an Exhibit and withdraw its acceptance of this Agreement, WIHHE in its sole judgment, may refuse to consider for participation in future expo fairs an Exhibitor who violates or fails to abide by all such Terms, Conditions and Rules. There is no other agreement or warranty between the Exhibitor and WIHHE except as set forth in this document. The rights of WIHHE under this contract shall not be deemed waived except as specifically stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WIHHE.
Two methods of payment are accepted: WIHHE will email a Square Merchant Invoice to accept credit/debit card payment – or – a check made out to: “WI Holistic Health Expo” and mail to PO Box 210923 Milwaukee, WI 53221. Note: payment is only verified after WIHHE financial institution approves the payment in full.

4. Podcast Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Interviewee” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
Interviewee acknowledges and consents to the audio and/or visual recording of statements and grants to WIHHE, their employees, volunteers, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, assignees, licensees, and successors the right to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, copy, reproduce, edit, or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview, and use all or a portion of the statements (the “Interview”) for all purposes, including advertising, trade, sale, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, name, business images, recorded voice or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts, transcription, or any material based upon or derived therefrom. Interviewee waives the right to inspect or approve any and all use of Interview.
b) Audio Release
Interviewee understands WIHHE may, at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon audio interview (or any portions thereof) and/or a video or audio recordings or photographs of said interview, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner of/or media, including but not limited to promoting the podcast or streaming audio program. WIHHE has 100% rights and ownership of said Interview.
Interviewee has no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim arising out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use in any composite form hereunder. Interviewee hereby warrants and represents that they have the right to enter into this agreement.
Interviewee, WIHHE and Interviewers may download and distribute the episodes they participate in for purposes of increasing their email subscriber list or social media following, so long as they do so free of cost to others. You may not charge any fee to distribute the content.
e) Copyright Liability
Interviewee agrees they have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that interviewee will take full financial and legal responsibility. Interviewee agrees to defend and hold WIHHE harmless and without indemnity against any such claims.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement and no other agreement either verbal or written will be valid. This Agreement shall be binding upon Interviewee and heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
5. Presentation Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Presenter” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
a) Presentation Purpose
The Presenter agrees to give a presentation for holistic awareness to WIHHE Expo for the sole purpose of educating people on natural health.
WIHHE reserves the right to prohibit any sales tactics and promoting of business, services, products, etc. until the last 60 seconds of allotted time. If Presenter uses time to promote/sell, they will not be allowed to attend any future WIHHE events.
c) Audio/Visual Release
WIHHE may video/voice record the presentation freely and distribute them anywhere they wish in order to help others understand holism. Presenter agrees to waive all rights of ownership to any media (photos, audio, video, sketches, etc.) captured during presentation.
d) WIHHE Notifications to Presenter
WIHHE must notify Presenter of the specific time that they are giving for the presentation, as well as the audience that the presentation is for. WIHHE must also notify Presenter of the amount of time they are giving for the presentation, as well as the location of the presentation.
e) Technology Expectations
WIHHE will have a projector and projector screen. Presenter will bring their own computer.
In exchange for the presentation, WIHHE requires Presenter to provide payment made in full. There are no refunds after payment is accepted and will not be transferred to the next expo.
g) Cancellations and No-Shows
If Presenter does not show for any reason, Presenter will not be allowed back at any WIHHE events. Presenter must notify WIHHE if planning on cancelling. No refunds. Any cancellation of 48 hours or less will result in not being able to attend any more WIHHE events.
h) Promotional Material
Presenter is 100% responsible for giving WIHHE all required promotional material on or before the required deadline. Failure to do so results in zero promotions of talk.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement and no other agreement either verbal or written will be valid. This Agreement shall be binding upon Presenter and heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
6. Co-Author Agreement
Temporary Working Title: Natural & Holistic Healing: The Ultimate Guide to Healthy Remedies
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Co-Author” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
a) Legal Rights
The undersigned agrees to write one chapter as Co-Author for the holistic health book tentatively titled, Natural & Holistic Healing produced and owned by the WIHHE. Co-Author will own 100% rights to the content they submit.
b) Co-Author Guidelines
This is a personal development, self-help, self-empowerment book. Only Educational Value to the Reader so they can receive that one golden nugget they were looking for to instantly apply it to their life. All content revolves around Physical, Mental/Emotional, Spiritual health, and well being.
- One Chapter = 1,000 – 1,250 words depending on purchased level.
- Proofed, Edited, and Ready for Publication. Your submission will be published “As-Is”.
- Insert images within your Word Doc where you desire them to be within the text so WIHHE knows where to put them.
- Your images must be attached separately as a jpg with submission at a minimum size of 1,000 pixels in one direction to prevent distortion.
- No sales or promotion with chapter content. Only Educational Value to the Reader.
- Submit chapter in Word Document only (either .doc or .docx).
c) Late Submissions
At the designated deadline, the submission form will close automatically. If Co-Author is late submitting chapter, the payment will be donated to a nonprofit and said chapter will not be included in the book.
WIHHE will approve final content prior to publication. Any sales or promotion within said chapter may result in the chapter not being included in the book with Co-Author payment being donated, or sections being deleted without notice to Co-Author.
WIHHE will be responsible for complete publication of the book, including cover design, page layout, Amazon Kindle publishing setup, press releases, endorsements, marketing, podcast interviews, and the book launch signing. WIHHE owns sole rights to the publication of the book. Co-Author owns sole rights to their submitted content.
e) Book Orders
Once publication is complete, Co-Author will be provided a way to order books one at a time or in quantity at a wholesale price. Number of pages, quantity ordered, and shipping costs will determine price.
f) Denied Chapters
If all the requirements, guidelines, and deadlines have been met and WIHHE chose to not publish your material for whatever the reason, Co-Author will receive an immediate 100% refund.
Co-Author will pay a one-time fee payable at the time of execution of this agreement. This payment will reserve an exclusive chapter in the book and is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Payment locks in Co-Author’s place within the book. There are only 21 open available chapters.

7. Sponsor Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship for WIHHE Expo, henceforth known as “Event.” Sponsor agrees to provide WIHHE with the amount of money and specific items WIHHE asks for.
The sponsor hereby agrees to sponsor the Event. The Sponsor agrees to provide to WIHHE the following in-kind services and/or pay the applicable fee.
In consideration therefore, WIHHE shall provide Sponsor with the benefits described in the application. WIHHE may adjust such benefits, substitute benefits, or provide other benefits with the approval of the Sponsor.
All payments are made in full. Failure to pay fees when due may result in termination of this agreement.
c) Limitation of Sponsorship
Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the Sponsor benefits described are related solely to WIHHE next Event. Assuming the Event is continued after said Event, the Sponsor shall have the first right of refusal to continue Sponsor’s involvement in the Event on such terms as Sponsor and WIHHE shall agree.
d) License and Usage
Sponsor hereby grants WIHHE a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the “Proprietary Information”] owned by the Sponsor. WIHHE agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the Event to provide the benefits set forth in the Application and such other benefits as Sponsor and WIHHE may agree. WIHHE’s use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor’s designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
e) Sponsor Understandings
Sponsor understands as follows: the dollar values set forth are estimates based upon general sponsorship information available to WIHHE; the audience multiplier is based upon estimates of WIHHE attendance and actual attendance, figures may vary. No portion of the sponsorship cash payment or in-kind services are subject to being refunded for any reason. Sponsorships are not exclusive unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
WIHHE may terminate this contract on 30 days written notice. In the event of termination for any reason other than failure to provide contracted fees or services, WIHHE may substitute an event with equivalent benefits with the approval of the Sponsor or shall refund any cash fee received from Sponsor by WIHHE. Sponsor shall not terminate this agreement without the approval of WIHHE made in writing.
This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law and is binding upon all of the parties’ successors and assigns.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement and no other agreement either verbal or written will be valid. This Agreement shall be binding upon Sponsor and heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
7. Blogging Agreement
This Agreement is made by and between Wisconsin’s Holistic Health Expo, LLC. (said company is referred to herein as the “WIHHE”) and the individual/business filling out this application and agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Blogger” in consideration of the promises made herein agree as follows:
- Blogger irrevocably transfer and assign all rights to articles to WIHHE.
- WIHHE reserves the right to reject any original article for any reason.
- Blogger will not receive compensation for an article now or in the future unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Any request by Blogger to use the content from the article must be made to WIHHE in writing.
- Blogger indemnify WIHHE from any potential legal liability/damage that may arise from Bloggers published articles.
WIHHE readership trusts that the blog will maintain a certain standard for the content posted. Therefore, WIHHE:
- Will not accept posts that cover basic-level information found all over the web.
- Will not accept posts that lack focus, have loose sentence structure or that do not have a clear call to action.
- Will not accept poorly written posts that contain bad grammar or punctuation errors.
- Will not accept posts which sell Bloggers products
- Will not accept posts which promote Bloggers business or services.
- Blogger is prohibited from using affiliate links unless they are owned and operated by WIHHE.
- Blogger is prohibited from benefiting financially from third party companies or individual people in exchange for writing articles about such companies’ or peoples’ products, services, apps or anything else they may ask Blogger to write about or link to.
WIHHE readers expect to find valuable, useful, and actionable content within the blog that offers insight and inspiration within their healthy living efforts. WIHHE guest bloggers are experts within their fields. WIHHE expects that the material written will educate, inform and inspire action within readers.
- Be creative.
