Do I need to RSVP on Eventbrite?
Yes! For this event, we have limited seating and we will sell out.
If I didn’t RSVP on Eventbrite, can I still attend?
No, the room will be at capacity.
How do I become a speaker for this event?
To become a speaker at any of our events, you first need to become a vendor. All of our speaking opportunities are exclusive only to those who are vendors no matter who you are. Unlike other trade fairs, we refuse to charge our speakers to speak other than requiring them to be vendors (major sponsors get a very short speaking slot).
I’m a speaker at the event. Do I need to RSVP and pay to attend this event?
No! As a speaker at the event, you don’t need to RSVP or pay to attend.
I’m a volunteer or Super Fan at the event. Do I need to RSVP and pay to attend this event?
No! As a volunteer, you don’t need to RSVP or pay to attend.
I’m a speaker… Do my friends, family, and colleagues need to RSVP and pay to attend?
Yes! Everyone who is NOT the speaker, will need to RSVP and pay to attend. Since there’s limited seating, make sure they do this quickly.
I’m a vendor in The Wellness Fair. Do I need to RSVP and pay to attend this event?
Yes! If you already paid to be a vendor for The Wellness Fair or MINI Wellness Fair, you paid to be a vendor in that event. This is a separate event! If you want to attend, please RSVP and pay the admission cost.
What are the rules for attending?
> Have fun when you come to learn
> Socialize and meet new people
> Respect other people’s values
> Respect the speakers and venue
> No food or drink allowed in the venue
> No selling anything for any reason

What if the event is canceled or postponed?
If the event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund. If it’s postponed, you’ll be notified via email in hopes you can make a new time. The likelihood that either of these will happen is equivalent to Mars flying out of orbit and crashing into the Moon.

Parking is always free at our events. There is a parking lot for you.
Are pets allowed?
Only service dogs allowed. If someone is allergic, you two will have to figure it out together and not include us in on the decision. Federal Law says that the dog has more rights to be in the event over the person with allergies.
